Recipe: Peanut Butter & Apples Snack

This delicious recipe is perfect for children and contains 15 grams of protein and 411 kilocalories.

Ingredients  

  • 3-1/2 tbsp of creamy peanut butter
  • 5-1/4 oz of fresh apples

Directions

  1.  Wash and cut apples into sections. Remove the cores.
  2.  Measure 2 ounces of peanut butter into dipping cup.
  3.  Dip apple sections into peanut butter and enjoy!
