SW Florida hosts garden diseases and pests that love our warm climate as much as we do. Learn how to use organic controls to control them in your home garden. Workshop is Saturday, February 28, 2014 from 1–4 pm inside Veterans Park located at 55 Homestead Road South in Lehigh Acres. The featured speaker is Karen Harty, Volunteer Agriculture Program Coordinator with the UF/IFAS Lee County Extension.
There are two options for the workshop: for $25 you will receive all of the handouts, laminated chart, and sticky traps; for $100 you will be provided all of the above PLUS an additional seven organic controls, 1-gallon sprayer, and crate to hold everything.
