Tai Chi–Moving for Better Balance Workshop

This 12-week e v i d e n c e d – b a s e d class is designed
for adults 60 and over, to help assist with balance
and movement. This is a basic beginner falls-prevention
workshop, consisting of eight (8) Tai Chi movements.
