Take a step toward healthier living by joining Healthy Lee’s Million Mile Movement! We’re challenging Lee County to get more active by moving 1,000,000 miles in 3 months.
From Jan. 9 – Mar. 31, 2017 participants can log their daily exercise here, where every “step” counts. Our easy-to-use website will allow you to track your healthy activities like walking, running, swimming and bicycling to show you’re “going the distance” towards a healthier lifestyle. So take a walk, climb the stairs or exercise any way you want and log your progress with us. By the end of the challenge, Lee County will have moved 1,000,000 miles together!
Healthy Lee’s Million Mile Movement is open to people of all ages and fitness levels, and any form of movement qualifies. Participate as an individual or as a group by creating a team. It’s a great opportunity to unify your business, classroom, or other organization in a healthy way, and we encourage you to share the Healthy Lee movement with friends.
Your motivation will soar as you track your progress “in step” with other challengers and watch the movement build. Step 3 – Set a Goal!
When registering, set a personal goal for the miles you will move in 3 months, and also set a goal for your team to reach! You may be rewarded for reaching milestones toward your goal!
