Whether at the Healthy Life Center at Coconut Point or now at the Wellness Center – Cape Coral, we aim to increase availability and access to health and wellness services by providing navigation services and scheduling assistance.”

In addition to the Healthy Life Series, the Wellness Center – Cape Coral is also launching a Mind & Body Program on Aug. 1. This program was developed to introduce the foundations and benefits of yoga, as well as mindfulness, stress relief and mental clarity. The program includes Hatha Yoga, Yogalates, Strength & Balance, Kids Yoga and others, and the classes start at 5:45 a.m. and run on the hour throughout the morning and two evening sessions are available. There also will be workshops and other events created to enhance individual practice.
