Weight loss can be difficult, whether the goal is to lose five pounds or 50 pounds. For those living with obesity, the need to lose a significant amount of weight can feel overwhelming, and there are often significant health issues to overcome.
Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat causes an adverse effect on health. Sometimes, health issues prevent physical activity, causing obesity. Then, the accumulation of fat brings on health problems such as chronic pain, diabetes and high blood pressure that make it increasingly difficult to exercise and lose weight. However, there are many people who overcome the challenges of obesity to achieve permanent weight loss, and Tom Bronson is one of them.
Tomorrow, April 8, at 6 p.m. at Unity Church at 11120 Ranchette Rd. in Ft Myers, Bronson will share his story, “How I Lost 80 Pounds and Got My Life Back” with others who are searching for inspiration and helpful advice toward eliminating obesity, as well as hypertension, high blood sugar, elevated cholesterol and chronic pain.
