A free six-week workshop for individuals with chronic pain or has a loved one with chronic pain. Chronic pain conditions may include arthritis, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and many other conditions. This is a research-based Chronic Pain Self-Management Program originally developed by Stanford University. Through this program, you will learn a variety of tools to manage pain, including foods that help with pain and inflammation, a gentle flexibility program, mindfulness, pacing and planning and so much more.
