Transformational Tuesday – Mindfulness for Clarity

This program will explore the meaning of mindfulness meditation and how it helps reduce stress. The purposes of the training is to enable participants to: 1) gain a sound background in holistic approaches for stress management; 2) share a variety of effective relaxation techniques which include deep breathing, positive thinking, affirmations, visualizations, muscle relaxation, with a review of Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki.
