Mental Health on the Frontlines Conference
A day of education and inspiration for our frontline workers

The Healthy Lee Behavioral Health Coalition presents the annual Mental Health on the Frontlines conference. This unique conference offers a supportive environment for frontline workers to express their experiences with stress, anxiety, depression and thoughts of self-harm.

This free conference will also offer leadership an exclusive window into the world of their frontline workers, will explore the resources available in the community, and will discuss areas for improvement through their own employee Mental and Behavioral Health service offerings.

Please join us as we unite to recognize and celebrate the tireless service of our frontline workers, including Fire & Rescue, EMS, corrections officers, public service officers, 911 dispatchers, healthcare employees and leadership of these industries.
The conference will highlight the following subjects with an emphasis on education for every person who works on the frontlines:
  • Celebrate the accomplishments of frontline workers in the face of adversity.
  • Identify areas where our frontline workers would benefit from additional support.
  • Identify what resources our employers offer for their employees.
  • Explore ways to inform employees about Mental and Behavioral Health programs.
  • Explore community resources.
  • Learn why leadership engagement matters.
Date: April 6, 2023 Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Venue: Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre Address: 1380 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907
Networking will be available with many behavioral health, social service and support agencies at the end of the conference.
